A cute cooking scene. This chapter had the two boys discussing some important details after the event’s of the sleepover. So, I decided to put them together making breakfast. Or a version there off. It’s relevant to the chapter anyway. And it’s kinda like a little glimpse into what their daily life is like. So forgive me for changing it up a bit, and going 1:1 with the text.
It’s adjacent anyway…

You know, sometimes it’s cool to have a window into a similar scene even if it’s not the same, or even has anything to do with the chapter??? Except maybe it’s thematically adjacent. In this case the morning scene, turned into daily life.
By this point they’re pretty much officially an item, Going steady for a couple of weeks or so maybe. And settled into a routine.
They have sleepovers all the time and Ed loves staying over. Eiden enjoys the company. So you could say on weekends Ed likes to linger.
Come Sunday morning they’re both having a slow start, basking in every moment they have together. Enjoying each other’s companies. Playing house, doing morning chores, Making a home cooked meal before making plans for the day ahead.
